We are a manufacturer looking to enter Azerbaijan. How do we start?

Send us your product catalogue and current export prices. Within two weeks we prepare a market assessment: competitors, expected volumes and likely shelf price. This is free and carries no obligation.

How soon does a new brand reach the shelf?

Usually three to four months. Most of that is paperwork and label adaptation. Once the first shipment arrives, placement across the network takes two to three weeks.

Do you take exclusive representation?

Yes, but with obligations on both sides. An exclusive agreement sets a minimum annual volume. If we miss it, the manufacturer can end the contract.

Do you deliver to the regions?

Daily in Baku and Absheron; twice weekly to Ganja, Sumgait, Sheki and Lankaran. Other districts are served through regional wholesalers.

Do you offer payment terms to stores?

Yes. New customers pay cash for the first three months, then move to 14 or 30-day terms. Terms for retail chains are set in a separate agreement.
